1.monoazo pigment
This series of pigments are monoazo calcium salt . Although the tinting strength is low, they have excellent heat resistance, good light resistance, excellent migration resistance and solvent resistance. They are mainly used for plastic coloring and coatings.
Thesekind of pigments have the following advantages:
1.1Used for plastics requiring high temperature processing, such as HDPE, PP, ABS, engineering plastics, etc. For example, Pigment Yellow 183 and Pigment Yellow 191 in PC processing, heat resistance can reach 330 ℃.
1.2 Excellent migration resistance in soft PVC, and does not migrate even in low concentration applications. This is something that ordinary yellow pigments such as Pigment Yellow 81 and Pigment Yellow 83 cannot achieve.
1.3 When used at low concentration, heat resistance, light resistance and migration resistance are maintained at a certain level. It is suitable for a small amount of color adjustment and will not cause obvious deviation of color light.
1.4 Environmentally friendly pigments that do not contain harmful heavy metals (hexavalent chromium, barium) can replace chrome yellow, especially for paints that need light resistance and high temperature resistance, such as road paint and metal baking paint.
1.5 Environmentally friendly pigments that do not contain limited azo (TCB, DCB, OD) raw materials, replacing disazo pigments such as Pigment Yellow 12, Pigment Yellow 13, 14 Yellow, 81 Yellow, and 83 Yellow.
1.6 Excellent cost performance, can partially replace benzimidazolone yellow, isoindolin yellow or nickel phthalocyanine to reduce costs
