Pigment yellow 62 is is a Hansa-based yellow lake pigment with a slightly reddish shade than Pigment Yellow 13. Mainly used in plastic HDPE, suitable for coloring of polystyrene and polyurethane.

In plastic PVC, it has good resistance to plasticizers and heat stability, light resistance level 7 (1/3SD), 1/25SD light fastness level 5-6, slightly lower color strength.
